CIIIC is organised as a programme team with four implementing partners, surrounded by external bodies and the community. Here is how the organisation fits together.
CIIIC’s day-to-day work rests with a dedicated group: the programme team. They run the schemes, events, communications and partnerships, and maintain the link with the National Growth Fund.
Alongside the team, CIIIC has two external bodies. The supervisory committee follows the programme at arm’s length and safeguards progress and the spending of resources.
The advisory board brings in outside expertise. Experts from academia, industry and the creative sector advise on the substantive direction and quality of the programme.
